“Politicians. Another day, another lie. Or spout weasel words. Or dodge. Anything other than the truth.
“You know me – working in telly and all that. Well, I tell you, if you want truth the telly’s the last thing you should be looking at. If you want to watch something honest, go visit an aquarium or something. Watch fish swim in a tank of water. That’s more honest than any politician you’ll see on TV.”
