Who I am is neither here nor there. It’s the people doing the talking that count. I try to record, as best I can, what people say. And I relay what they say to you.
In case you’re wondering, no, I don’t have an amazing memory. Sometimes, I write notes as people talk to me or immediately afterwards if it’s brief. I’ve even, sometimes, recorded a chat.
People who know me and what I’m doing trust me to always guard their privacy. Regarding the people whose thoughts I capture that I don’t know at all – well, they are as anonymous to me as it’s possible to be anyway.
I find I collect these ‘ruminations’ in spates. I’m not sure why. I write them up when I have the time and inclination. They’re not chronological.
